In our Apart Hotel "Comfort" we are trying to keep accommodation prices as lowest as possible for you. In sight of that, we do not include some of the services to the price of the room, such as: everyday cleaning, laundry, slippers, toothbrush sets and etc. 

If you will need any of the services that happen to not be included in the initial price, you can always ask us about their cost, and we will add them to your overall payment.

Apart Hotel “Comfort” is located in the central district of Saint-Petersburg at the intersection of Ligovsky ave and Transportny lane (formerly called Chubarova lane). The building where apartment complex is situated was constructed in 1872 by Vasiliy von Hecker and reconstructed in 1880-1881. It acquired its modern look in the early 90s of previous century after major structural repairs. In 2017, in connection of the FIFA World Cup, the decision to build a modern apart hotel was made. At the moment guest room inventory consists of 27 apartments of 3 different categories.
