Standard Check-In Terms:
Check-out at 12:00, check-in after 14:00
Terms of booking of guaranteed early check-in and late check-out:
The charge for early check-in (before 2:00 p.m.) and late check-out (after 12:00 p.m.) depends on the periods.
For the periods “White nights” (14.05-04.06, 09.06-14.07.19), “High season” (15.07-21.09.19), “International Economic Forum” (05.06-08.06.19):
- Early check-in - charging 100% first night rate
- Late check-out - charging 100% last night rate
All other periods:
- Early check-in - charging 50% first night rate
- Late check-out - charging 50% last night rate
Throughout the periods of increased demand the early check-in/late check-out terms may differ from the current ones.
Alteration of booking:
If you booked a room directly at the hotel*, then you should contact us by telephone

*Direct booking is booking via telephone, e-mail, the online booking form on the website or any other means implying the lack of intermediaries between you and the hotel.
Cancelation terms*:
When the booking is confirmed (orally or in writing), we will keep the room for you until 7:00 of the following day (Moscow time).
In case of your absence or late cancelation, your booking is canceled provided that you pay the penalty in the amount of the first night’s stay rate.
Free booking cancelation is possible:
- 24 hours before check-in in "Low season"
- 48 hours before check-in in all other seasons except low season
* These cancelation terms work for direct booking. Direct booking is booking via telephone, e-mail, the online booking form on the website or any other means implying the lack of intermediaries between you and the hotel.
When booking on a special offer as well as during special periods, special terms of payment/cancelation are valid. In this case, special terms are always detailed when booking a room.
Refund*
for prepaid and unused services is made estimated:
- 100%, if the time of service cancelation is 24 hours before the date of services being provided during “Low season” and 48 hours during all other seasons respectively
Refunds are made via the same method as payment was made.

We ask you to pay close attention to rate terms when booking; some of them make no provisions for refunds.
Guest registration:
Pursuant to the RF law dated 25.06.1993 N 5242-1 (ed. dated 29.06.2015) “On Russian citizens' right to freedom of movement, choice of address and place of residence in the Russian Federation” and the Federal Law dated 18.07.2006 N 109-ФЗ (ed. dated 22.12.2014) “On the migration register of aliens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation”, all our guests shall go through obligatory registration, for which one of the following documents is required:
- RF citizen’s passport,
- birth certificate (for children under 14, RF citizens),
- foreign citizen’s passport with a visa and a migration card,
- foreign citizen’s passport and a voucher for being in the RF as part of a group (for the guests of the ferry companies, who may spend 72 hours in the RF without a visa),
- foreign citizen’s passport and a migration card (for citizens of Kazakhstan and other visa-free countries), – link to the list of terms of entry in the RF of the Consular Department of the MFA http://www.kdmid.ru
- diplomatic passport,
- RF residence permit.
Registration of guests is free pursuant to Art. 3 of the RF law dated 25.06.1993 N 5242-1 (ed. dated 29.06.2015) “On Russian citizens' right to freedom of movement, choice of address and place of residence in the Russian Federation” and P. 2 Art. 13 of the Federal Law “On the migration register of aliens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation”.
Policy regarding children:
The hotel staff will endeavour to take into account the wishes of parents and provide a cot/baby chair on your request.
Children under 2 years may stay in the room for free.
The cost of an additional bed for children under 12 is 400 rubles/night, for children over 12 and adults – 500 rubles/night. Discounts are not valid for additional beds.
Smoking in the hotel:
In order to make the stay of all our guests comfortable, as well as pursuant to the RF Federal Law “On Public health protection from exposure to tobacco smoke and consequences of tobacco using” dated 23/02/2013 (Art. 12 P. 5 – prohibition of tobacco smoking in residential and hotel areas), smoking in the rooms and public areas of the hotel is strictly prohibited.
For smoking in the rooms, the hotel is entitled to include the expenses on additional cleaning services in the amount of 5000 roubles per day into the guest’s bill. The hotel administration is entitled to refuse the residential right to the guests who violate the rules of the hotel stay pursuant to the agreement made between the guest and the hotel during check-in.
Reservation of tours/tickets*
We can help you organize group and individual tours, as well as reserve tickets for entertainment events in the city.
- Group bus tours to Saint Petersburg and its suburbs: you may specify the schedule and purchase a ticket at the reception desk (including the day of the event), payment in cash/by card in roubles. Point of departure: Gostiny Dvor (corner of Dumskaya street).
- Individual tours to Saint Petersburg: with a personal guide (on foot and by car), you may choose one of the proposed routes or make up your own; the cost is determined based on the route and includes all transport expenses and museum tickets. Reserve the tour 3 days in advance (minimal term) **.
- Museum/theatre/concert/other entertainment events tickets can be reserved via ticket agencies and delivered by courier to the hotel. Payment shall be made in cash at the reception desk. The hotel’s commission fee is 15% .
*services are provided with full prepayment; cancelation/alteration of reservation terms are set by the provider of the service and not by the hotel.
